Harmony Harbour UK is a mental health and wellbeing organisation dedicated to providing a safe, inclusive and non-judgemental space for adults aged 18 and over.
We offer mental health support, crisis support, private talking therapy, wellbeing services and support groups, alongside our Neurodiversity Hub, which promotes understanding, acceptance and support for neurodivergent individuals and families.
Our mission is to ensure that nobody feels they have to face life's challenges alone. Through compassionate support, community connection and lived experience, we aim to help people feel heard, valued and empowered to take positive steps towards their wellbeing.
At Harmony Harbour UK, every mind matters, every story deserves to be heard, and everyone deserves a safe place to turn.
Harmony Harbour UK welcomes contact from adults aged 18 and over who may be struggling with their mental health, experiencing emotional difficulties, feeling overwhelmed, or simply looking for someone who will listen without judgement.
We also welcome enquiries from neurodivergent individuals, families, SEND parents, carers, professionals, organisations and anyone interested in our services, volunteering opportunities or partnerships.
Whether you're reaching out for yourself, looking for support for someone else, or wanting to become involved in our work, we're here to help you explore the options available.
You don't need to be in crisis to reach out. Whether you're having a difficult day or looking for ongoing support, you deserve to be heard, understood and treated with compassion.
Please note that our services have individual eligibility criteria, and contacting us does not guarantee that we can provide every type of support requested.
Absolutely not! π
At Harmony Harbour UK, you don't have to be suicidal or in crisis to reach out to us. We believe that mental health support should be available before things reach breaking point.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, lonely, struggling with everyday life, experiencing emotional difficulties, dealing with neurodiversity-related challenges, or simply need someone to talk to, we're here to listen without judgement.
Sometimes, you might not even know exactly how you're feeling or why you're struggling, and that's okay too. You don't need to have the right words, explain everything perfectly, or wait until things get worse before asking for support.
You matter just as much on your difficult days as you do on your good ones.
At Harmony Harbour UK, we're here to remind you that you don't have to face everything alone. Reaching out is not a sign of weakness, and you never need to justify why you deserve support.
π You don't have to be in crisis to deserve care.
Taking that first step and reaching out for support can sometimes feel daunting, especially if you're unsure what to expect. At Harmony Harbour UK, we want you to feel as comfortable and reassured as possible.
Here's what happens when you get in touch:
1. We listen without judgement - whether you contact us by message or through one of our available support channels, we want you to feel heard, respected and understood. You don't need to have the right words or explain everything perfectly.
2. We'll take the time to understand your needs - everyone's circumstances are different. We'll listen to what you're experiencing and try to understand what kind of support you're looking for.
3. We'll explore the support available - depending on your needs, we can discuss our available mental health support, crisis support, CBT talking therapy, wellbeing services and support groups, helping you identify the options that may be suitable for you.
4. You're in control of what you share - you can tell us as much or as little as you're comfortable with. There's no expectation to share everything at once, and we'll treat you with compassion and respect.
5. We'll help you consider the next steps - where possible, we'll help you explore the next steps and signpost you to other services if we feel additional or specialist support would be beneficial.
That's completely understandable. You might feel anxious, embarrassed, overwhelmed or worried about being judged. You might even have reached out for support before and had a difficult experience.
We want you to know that you don't have to be in crisis, suicidal or at breaking point to contact us. You deserve support simply because you're struggling, and you don't have to face everything alone.
At Harmony Harbour UK, you're not just a message or a number. You're a person who deserves to be heard.
Please note: Our response times and the support we can offer may vary. We are not an emergency service, and contacting us does not guarantee immediate support. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, please call 999.

Crisis negotiation is a calm, compassionate and supportive approach used to communicate with someone who is experiencing extreme emotional distress or a mental health crisis.
When someone feels overwhelmed, hopeless, frightened or unable to see a way forward, it can be difficult for them to express what they're feeling or identify what they need. Crisis negotiation focuses on building trust, listening without judgement and helping the person feel heard and understood.
At Harmony Harbour UK, crisis support aims to:
Build trust and connection β Creating a safe, respectful space where someone feels comfortable communicating.
Listen without judgement β Allowing the person to express their thoughts and emotions without pressure or criticism.
Reduce emotional distress β Using calm communication, empathy and reassurance to help lower tension where possible.
Explore feelings and needs β Helping the person identify what is happening, what they are experiencing and what support they may need.
Encourage safer choices β Working collaboratively to explore immediate safety and appropriate next steps.
Connect people with further support β Where necessary, helping them access emergency services, NHS mental health services or other appropriate professionals.
No. Crisis negotiation and de-escalation techniques can be helpful in a range of situations, including suicidal thoughts, intense emotional distress, panic, overwhelming feelings, interpersonal difficulties and situations where someone feels unable to cope.
Every situation is different, and the approach must be adapted to the individual's needs and level of risk.
When someone is in crisis, they may not need someone to fix everything immediately. They may first need someone who will listen, remain calm and help them work through the moment.
Compassionate communication can help build connection and create opportunities to explore safer options and appropriate support. It cannot guarantee a particular outcome, but it can be an important part of helping someone through a difficult situation.
At Harmony Harbour UK, we believe every person deserves to be listened to with compassion, dignity and respect, especially when life feels overwhelming.
Please note: Crisis negotiation is not a substitute for emergency or clinical care. If someone is in immediate danger, call 999. Our support availability and the level of assistance we can provide may vary.

Yes! At Harmony Harbour UK, we recognise that mental health difficulties and neurodiversity can affect not only the individual, but also the people who care about them.
We have a dedicated Neurodiversity Hub which you can find by searching @harmonyharbourneurohub on TikTok. This is a safe space providing guidance, advice and support not only for our neurodiverse clients but also for SEND parents/guardians/careres.Β
Supporting someone who is struggling can sometimes feel overwhelming, isolating or emotionally exhausting. Families and carers may find themselves putting everyone else's needs first while neglecting their own wellbeing.
We believe that those who support others deserve support themselves.
Emotional Support β A compassionate space to talk about your feelings, concerns and experiences without judgement.
Guidance and Signposting β Helping you explore appropriate services, resources and further support.

Whether you're supporting a loved one experiencing mental health difficulties, caring for someone with additional needs, navigating the challenges of being a SEND parent or simply finding things difficult yourself, we want you to know that your feelings matter too.
You don't have to wait until you're struggling to cope before reaching out.
At Harmony Harbour UK, we believe that when we support those who support others, we help create a stronger, more understanding community.
Our services are for adults aged 18 and over. The support available will depend on your circumstances and our service provision. We can discuss suitable options when you contact us.
